Grade 4 students in Mrs. Viteri's class enjoyed a fun “Book Tasting” experience! Students had the opportunity to sample a variety of books and genres, previewing different titles and discovering new stories and authors they might enjoy. It was a fun and engaging way to encourage students to explore new books, and they had a blast!

Before school concluded, all students received information about our optional Summer Reading Challenge. Students can log their independent reading and/or time spent reading with family members to earn an invitation to a special Pizza Party when school resumes. The goal is for participating students to tally 425 minutes of extracurricular reading throughout the summer, using the provided reading log. We encourage all of our Wildcats to keep turning those pages!

🏆 Take a Trip Down Wildcat-Athletics Memory Lane! 🏆
This fall, we'll be recognizing Lebanon Township's championship Wildcat teams from past and present while celebrating the student athletes and coaches who made school history.
📸 Do you have a photo of a Lebanon Township championship team or even an action shot from a championship season? Whether you were a player, coach, parent, or fan, we'd love to see it! Share it in the comments or email it to cmontferrat@lebtwpk8.org. If possible, please include the year and sport!
We're also planning a special gathering this fall to honor championship team members, and your photos will help us reconnect with many of those who helped create these unforgettable memories.
Thank you for helping us preserve and celebrate Lebanon Township's Wildcat-athletics. We can't wait to see your memories!

A collage of four youth sports photos. The top image shows a girls' basketball game in progress, with a player in a red jersey holding the ball. The bottom three panels show group team photos: a boys' baseball team posing on a field, and two different girls' teams (cross country/track and field hockey) holding championship trophies.
The anticipation leading up to Field Day at Valley View was well worth the wait! Coach T and the Field Day Committee organized an outstanding event filled with fun, engaging activities for all staff and students. The weather cooperated perfectly, making for a memorable day of excitement and school spirit. A special thank you goes out to the many parent volunteers who generously gave their time to help run stations and ensure the day was a success. Your support helped make Field Day an incredible experience for our students.

Memorial Day- Remember and Honor
Yesterday, we hosted one of Valley View’s most exciting traditions, the Second Grade Wax Museum! Students selected influential individuals who have made an impact on society, dressed as them, and shared presentations about their lives and contributions. All of the students did an amazing job, and we are so proud of their hard work, creativity, and confidence. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the day so memorable and special for our students

Sharing some pictures from our recent Open House at Valley View. The event was truly spectacular!
I would be remiss if I did not give a special shout-out to Mrs. Brennan, Mr. Weber, Mrs. Newcomb, and Mr. Turdo, who worked collaboratively to showcase our school’s love for music, art, and movement.
In addition, I would like to sincerely thank our custodial crew, Mary, Ned, Belkija, Paulo, and Matt, for their instrumental work in preparing the building and assisting families with parking and arrival throughout the evening. Their efforts behind the scenes helped ensure that our students, teachers, and programs were able to shine.
The event welcomed more than 600 guests, and the artwork displays, musical performances, gym show, classroom activities, and student work samples were truly remarkable.
Open House is always a wonderful celebration of our school community and a reflection of the pride, talent, and dedication that make Valley View such an amazing place!
